Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice is required?

For next-day deliveries, orders must be placed by 5PM. For delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Monday orders must be placed by 3PM on Friday. 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.

Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order of $60.00 is required for orders within the delivery zone. A minimum order of $100.00 is required for all orders outside of the delivery zone. 

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery zone extends north to the 407, east to Dixie Rd., and west to the 427.

When do you deliver?

We offer delivery 7 days/week. Please note that the order may arrive up to 2 hours prior to the selected delivery time. 

Is there a delivery fee?

Nope! There is no additional delivery fee.

What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

Not to worry! If you are not present to receive the delivery, our driver will either circle back later or leave your order at your front door (with your approval).

Do you deliver to condos or apartment buildings?

Absolutely! Please ask your concierge to receive the order or provide the buzzer instructions for the courier in the ‘Order Notes’ field.

Can I reschedule or cancel my order?

We get it, plans change! Cancellation must simply be made 24 hours prior to the delivery date. 

Will the food be delivered hot?

Food will be delivered cold, unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order to arrive hot & ready-to-serve, please select the “Delivered Hot” option on the applicable items. There is a $5.00 surcharge for each hot item. 

All cold dishes are packaged in recyclable oven-safe containers and will take 10-15 minutes to reheat in the oven

Can I request a larger serving size?

Definitely! Large platters are available from the 'Party Size' menu. Party Sized platters are priced per guest and can be delivered hot or cold.

Can I modify menu items?

We can accommodate peanut allergies and we are happy to package garnishes on the side, where possible. Currently, we are not able to accommodate further recipe modifications or substitutions. Please outline any requests in the ‘Order Notes’ field.

Are there vegan options?

Of course! Many of our dishes are vegan – Ratatouille, Tehina Cauliflower, Dan Dan Broccoli, and our Vegan Fiesta Bowl, to name a few! Look for the ‘Vegan’ symbol present on all vegan menu items. 

How long does the food last?

Depending on the dish, the food will last 3-14 days in the fridge. Fresh items such as our salads have a shorter shelf-life and will last up to 3 days. Proteins, on the other hand, can be frozen for up to 2 weeks! Our support team is always happy to provide insight on specific menu items.

Where do your ingredients come from?

We are proud to say that all our dishes are made from scratch. We source our proteins and produce from local suppliers and rotate our menu based on seasonal product offerings.

Is your meat halal?

All of our poultry products are halal, however our beef is not halal.

Can I add a personal note?

Absolutely! Please specify the personal message in the ‘Order Notes’ field and we will gladly include a complimentary card and ribbon.

Can I send back or recycle the packaging?

All our pulp bowls are compostable and all other packaging is recyclable. You are more than welcome to send back used delivery boxes with our courier.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Please contact us if you would like to purchase a gift certificate.
